Aims:

The research seeks to identify key variables that impact efficacy, including technological tools, communication methods, and individual skills, while addressing challenges unique to remote witnessing scenarios.

Jurisdictional Differences

Aims:

This project examines the jurisdictional differences in the authority and responsibilities of Authorised Witnesses (AW) and Justices of the Peace (JP) across Australia's states and territories. It aims to identify variations in their legal powers, obligations, and the types of documents they are authorised to witness.

What It Does

By analysing these differences, the research seeks to provide clarity on the implications for uniformity, accessibility, and efficiency in legal and administrative processes across jurisdictions.
